- Support risk management activities for Deposit, Payments, and Loan Operations teams
- Engage with internal clients to identify controls and advise on operational risk management solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and lead the remediation of identified deficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and problem-solving
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on risk and controls, providing guidance to business partners
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, preferably with client-facing roles
- Regulatory, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and/or risk experience required
- Strong analytical skills to interpret policies and identify process issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and critical thinking
- Experience in risk and/or AML from a first-line perspective
- Proven ability to build relationships and networks to influence outcomes
- Familiarity with Operational risk management solutions and industry standards
- Ability to conduct detailed analysis of processes and functional requirements
- Experience with internal audits and compliance exams
