Claims for tax rebate are made annually for the previous year and must be filed between January 2nd and February 28th of the new year. Utility Tax Rebate forms can be printed from the website. Proof of all qualifying utility taxes must be attached and submitted with form.
Low-income ages 62 and older or disabled.
