• Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve‑out financial statements, and GAAP conversions.
• Assist companies with all aspects of preparing the tax provision.
• Review and improve the tax provision process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the control environment.
• Assess tax risk and control environments, including compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley Section 404.

• Tax accounting projects and consulting experience.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Process and controls enhancement.
• Key risk identification, prioritization, monitoring, and remediation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred.
• Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS.
• Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation.
• Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.

• $90 /hr to $120 /hr in all US geographic locations.
