We are seeking a dependable and people-oriented Promotions Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will support promotional events, on-site activations, and brand engagement activities while ensuring a positive experience for guests and clients. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, following structured plans, and supporting promotional operations in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time, Monday to Friday

$18.50 - $27.00 per hour

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and activations
• Support on-site promotional activities by engaging with attendees and providing information
• Help distribute promotional materials and maintain organized event areas
• Follow schedules, guidelines, and instructions provided by supervisors
• Assist with tracking promotional materials, inventory, and basic documentation
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth promotional operations

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in promotions, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic organizational and time-management skills
