Senior Integration Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Integration Manager to support long-term efforts 100% onsite at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC
.

The Senior Integration Manager will join our dynamic team supporting a major ACAT I program. The successful candidate will provide essential programmatic, administrative, and strategic support to the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Managers (DPMs), and Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs) across acquisition, financial, and technical/design domains.

This role is critical to integrating communication, execution, and decision-making across multiple organizations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The Senior Integration Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between requirements, budget, schedule, and technical realities while driving disciplined program execution.

• Program Integration: Serve as a key integrator between technical teams, program management, and leadership, ensuring alignment between contract scope, technical assumptions, and execution realities. You will facilitate communication and collaboration across different functional areas to ensure that program objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior stakeholders, resource sponsors, and the front office to communicate program status, address issues, and support decision-making. This includes preparing and delivering briefings and reports for senior leadership.
• Acquisition and Program Management: Apply extensive knowledge of the DoD 5000 Acquisition Framework to support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle. This includes assisting with the development of acquisition reports and leading integration and execution support for major acquisition milestones and decision points.
• Technical and Financial Support: Support the technical and design teams by ensuring that engineering plans and technical baselines are aligned with program objectives. You will also assist the financial team by providing input across the PPBE process and monitoring program costs.
• Risk and Configuration Management: Support the program's risk management process by helping to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. You will also assist in maintaining configuration management processes to ensure the integrity of the technical baseline.

• A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant military or civilian experience supporting or leading complex programs, preferably within a DoD environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required.
• PMP certification nice to have.
• Active Secret clearance required, TS preferred.
• Experience with an ACAT I program preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD 5000 acquisition framework, JCIDS, PPBE, ACAT I/II programs, Navy shipbuilding or modernization.
• Experience at NAVSEA, affiliated PEOs, OPNAV N9, ASN(RD&A), or similar.
• Former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officers (SWO) with some experience on the government contracting side postparation welcome!!!
