Salary: $86,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience)

Role Overview We are looking for a Controls Engineer to join the team in Northern Virginia. This role involves installing and commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for datacenter systems. You'll work alongside a team of 10-12 engineers.
Key Responsibilities Commission and integrate BMS, Energy Monitoring, and HVAC control systems, including upgrades, while conducting site surveys and progress reviews to ensure smooth project execution.Supervise installation sub-contractors as needed, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project standards, and timely completion.Troubleshoot and resolve on-site system issues, using a logical and methodical approach to minimize downtime.Liaise with customers and project engineers, providing system updates, technical support, and hands-on training.Interpret and modify electrical systems and schematics, applying HVAC commissioning expertise to optimize performance.Maintain high-quality standards, build strong client relationships, and contribute to team efficiency with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Qualifications
Experience with installing and commissioning BMS/EPMS systemsStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC and cooling systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams & schematicsFamiliarity with Modbus and BACnet communication protocols preferredLogical, methodical approach to problem-solvingWhy Join?
