Overview

Job Description:

Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine Ship Building (SHAPM) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 397 - COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program Office, PMS 450 - VIRGINIA Class Submarine Program Office, PMS 351 - Future Attack Submarine (SSN(X)) Program Office, and SEA 05Z - Marine Engineering Competency Domain.

• Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments.
• Direct the integrated logistics process, develop support policies, procedures and systems, and provide implementation guidance.
• Prepare and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establish and enforce standards to ensure that the assigned workforce is properly trained and equipped.
• Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.

• Typical
  
  Experience:
  
  7 years professional experience in integrated logistics support.
• Desired:
  Min of 10 years experience with DoD ACAT n Programs.
• Desired:
  Min of 10 years experience with Navy Logistics Programs.
• Desired:
  Demonstrated experience in ILS Management, Supply Support, Technical Design Interface, Training, Facilities, Computer Resources, Support and Test Equipment, Technical data and manpower and personnel along with the development of logistics support plans and methodologies. Must be able to recommend Technical ILS Requirements for the SBSD Program.
• Degree Requirements:
  Preferred BS/BA Degree.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• A secret security clearance
