Responsibilities- Supervise and provide direction for Associate Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractor personnel throughout project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of comprehensive Energy Conservation Measures ensuring project goals are achieved.
- Ensure strict adherence to company and site safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements; support effective safety program implementation.
- Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, oversee bid processes, and conduct subcontract negotiations.
- Monitor project progress, control budgets, and manage/approve expenditures and subcontractor draw requests.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, driving technical due diligence during all project phases.
- Implement and oversee quality control, commissioning, monitoring, and verification plans.
- Support business development and project growth opportunities during all phases of development and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management or project engineering experience in building construction and energy systems (HVAC, controls, utilities, MEP).
- Strong capability in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Knowledge and experience with safety and quality control standards and procedures.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams for large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in energy efficiency, alternative energy, and sustainability-focused projects.
- Expertise in performance contract project implementation and commissioning activities.
- Team leadership skills within multidisciplinary, high-performing environments.
- OSHA-30 certification.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
