  • You’ll manage complex electrical, civil, and facility projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all life sciences standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
  • You’ll oversee all facets of project performance—including scope, quality, schedule, safety, and innovation—within high‑risk, mission‑critical environments like labs, clean rooms, and manufacturing facilities.
  • You’ll maximize productivity, safety, quality, and cost savings through proactive planning and by leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You’ll serve as the primary communicator between project management, work groups, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on all project issues and milestones.
  • You’ll lead job site walk‑downs and coordinate critical meetings across engineering, construction, validation, and contract management teams.
  • You’ll apply your strong knowledge of electrical schematics and life sciences facility requirements to ensure technical success and regulatory compliance.
  • You’ll foster positive, collaborative working relationships between the project manager, line managers, and team members, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • You’ll ensure effective cost management, developing recovery plans to stay within budget and supporting all financial reporting requirements.
  • You’ll support team members by clarifying responsibilities, providing clear direction, and facilitating training on life sciences compliance and safety protocols.
  • You’ll work onsite at our client's location to enable seamless project delivery and cultivate trusted, strategic partnerships.

With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent work experience in construction management for life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech facilities.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or cleanroom construction).
  • OSHA 30 or additional certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Skilled in coordinating work scope during outage windows and managing multiple work groups and contractors.
  • In‑depth understanding of OSHA safety policies, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, clearance holder responsibilities, and electrical safety tags for primary and secondary distribution equipment.
