Job Description Summary
As the Field Engineer 2, you will perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment for Xray and Ultrasound within a hospital or healthcare system in the Baltimore, MD area.

Responsibilities- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients.
- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured, including the ordering of parts.
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
- 2+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch and squat, kneel and crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. Must also be able to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex and extend neck and have good hand and finger dexterity.
- Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $81,600.00-$ Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
