- As a General Engineer, some of your typical work assignments may include: studying a variety of engineering and safety problems in evaluating the design, construction, and operation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities; performing engineering analyses using appropriate engineering models; organizing and leading technical meetings on authorized LNG projects; preparing the engineering analyses included in Commission NEPA documents for proposed LNG facilities and communicating information to stakeholders.
