Base pay range: $111,100 – $145,725 per year.

Location:

Any location in the United States.

• Manage and optimize digital delivery processes in Advanced Manufacturing sector.
• Create and implement Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans for EPCM.
• Lead VDC tasks (3D logistics, safety planning, 4D scheduling, 5D cost & quantity take‑offs).
• Coordinate Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) from design to construction.
• Lead clash detection, resolution meetings, and coordinate laser scan data integration.
• Serve as BIM Subject Matter Expert and support software, model viewing and mobile device applications.
• Consult during business development, collaborate with clients and contractors, manage trade partner modeling efforts.
• Develop training materials, provide technical guidance, recruit, manage, and mentor VDC staff.

• At least 7 years experience in VDC/BIM roles within construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven track record of onsite leadership of VDC activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced environment on site and virtually.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (ideal).
