Mid-Level Patent Agent – Electrical Engineering / Computer Science (Multiple Locations)

A national law firm is seeking mid-level Patent Agents to join its Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Patent Prosecution practice. The role is open across multiple offices, with a strong preference for Atlanta, Denver, Houston, St. Louis, Kansas City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

• 3+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
• USPTO registration required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Prior law firm, engineering, or industry experience preferred

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

• Machine learning / artificial intelligence / neural networks
• Hardware and/or communications security (e.g., encryption/decryption)
• Software-related technologies
• Salary range: $120,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Discretionary bonus eligibility
