You’ll be expected to provide feasibility studies, construction documents, and construction oversight for energy projects.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will focus on providing feasibility studies, construction documents, and construction oversight for energy projects. You’ll be expected to possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Successful candidates will have a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and the confidence to explore innovative solutions.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of design/consulting experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop design calculations, construction drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently with minor supervision once given guidance by a lead engineer
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or the ability to obtain PE within 1 year (preferred)
- 3D modeling software:
Revit, AutoCAD, CADWorx, Navis Works - Power system modeling: SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar
- Power distribution systems and microgrids
- Power generation projects >10 MW
- HV or MV substations
- Renewable energy projects (wind, solar, hydro, geothermal)
- Energy storage systems
- Protection & Control, SCADA or automation
- Campus utility master planning or decarbonization/climate response planning
- Cogeneration or CHP systems
- Thermal utility plants and distribution systems (steam, hot water, chilled water)

Base salary range: $ to $ per year
