Location: Hybrid (on‑site and remote)
Role Overview: This position is for entry‑level engineers (0–3 years of experience). We provide an exceptional onboarding and training program to align your skillset with our technical offerings.
Responsibilities- All engineers focus on programming and software solutions, such as:
- Controls programming for food and beverage processing, automotive assembly lines, and packaging machinery.
- Development of automated test systems for EV battery testing, aerospace and rocket testing, turnkey test systems, and cloud‑enabled test and measurement systems.
- Consultation with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport and addressing requests.
- Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels.
- Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects.
- Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks.
- Develop and grow leadership skills.
- Travel: 25–50 % of the role may require travel; additional benefits are provided for higher‑travel commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.4.
- Interest and ability to program in text‑based languages and object‑oriented concepts.
- Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for work‑related travel.
Salary range: $83,000—$95,000 USD, based on experience, industry, and location standards.
