Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- MS Project Certification
- Ability to commute to work site.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience doing project-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Lead development and maintenance of a project-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support day-to-day project execution and periodic assessment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Use the IMS to estimate and verify the attainability of project objectives and evaluate progress toward implementation requirements.
- Integrate all Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical milestones, events, dependencies, and associated activities into a cohesive project schedule.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and proposing mitigation strategies for schedule-related risks.
- Develop schedule reports, dashboards, and visual displays in support of project reviews and leadership briefings.
- Perform and/or support critical path analysis and other ad-hoc schedule-related analysis.
- Oversee incorporation of technical, logistical, contractual, and programmatic changes into the IMS in real time to maintain accurate project baselines and projections.
- Establish and maintain realistic and attainable project execution goals and schedules.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of system acquisition processes within Army and DoD environments, including familiarity with DoD 5000-series policies
. - Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft Project (MS Project Pro 2010).
- Demonstrate experience supporting Product Teams with planning and scheduling activities.
- Have hands-on experience with project planning and integrated scheduling practices using Microsoft Project and MS Project Server integrated with SharePoint.
