Description
The resource will provide hands‑on support for phone handset (analog and VOIP technologies) and wall‑jack activations for phone systems onsite. Technologies: (Cisco/Siemens, Avaya/Unify) – the candidate should have experience with at least two of the preferred technologies (VOIP and Phone). The customer will provide training for other technologies on site. If your candidate only has experience with a single technology, please bring this candidate forward anyway.
Other experience required to be successful in the role includes punch‑downs, cross‑connects, 66‑block connections, familiarity with data equipment, fluking switch ports (using a Fluke tester), running link‑runners, fluking a data point, activating jacks, and working with Cat 5/Cat 6 cabling. CVD vaccination is required – no exemptions.

- Siemens 4K phone system experience (nice to have)
- 110‑punch‑down skills
- Familiar with data equipment

Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Washington, DC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $30.00/hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
