The ideal candidate will monitor subcontract deliverables, evaluate compliance with contractual obligations, and provide data-driven insights to program management and leadership. In this position, you will:

• Play a key role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on schedule, within scope, and to FAA standards, while supporting accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base.
• Evaluate supplier capacity, ability to meet production demand prior to issuing award.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against contract terms, milestones, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare performance scorecards, dashboards, and reports for FAA leadership and program teams.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management to resolve performance issues.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with FAA, federal, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in subcontractor reviews, audits, and performance evaluation meetings.
• Support development of corrective action plans (CAPs) for underperforming subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records, metrics, and documentation to support contract compliance.
• Contribute to subcontractor selection, evaluation, and risk assessments.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements in subcontract performance management.
• Experience supporting subcontractor audits, reviews, or performance evaluations.
• Experience preparing audit-ready performance documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to ascertain validity of project schedules, assess sufficient float, determine risks and drive effective corrective actions.
• Evaluate skill sets and gaps to mitigate risks and manage project at the supplier.
• Project/program management experience and knowledge to evaluate the end-to-end performance of the supplier.
• Technical understanding of the project scope and delivery requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years or Associate’s degree and 10 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience.
• Experience in subcontract management and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of contract compliance and performance evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) requirements.
• Experience with ERP or contract management systems.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
