To support WMATA's Maintenance of Way Modernization, PACO Group is seeking a Project Manager who will plan and execute individual project scopes-ensuring design deliverables, schedules, and budgets align with program objectives. You will manage sub-consultants, facilitate design reviews, and maintain close coordination with WMATA's maintenance and capital-program offices.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage A/E sub-consultants and review design deliverables for compliance
- Lead project-level risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Conduct design-review workshops and coordinate agency approvals
- Prepare monthly progress reports and change-order evaluations
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years' project-management experience on rail-infrastructure or transit projects
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project; strong cost-control aptitude
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills
- PMI-ACP or PMP certification preferred
