Overview
My client is looking for a concrete inspector to join their growing federal project in Washington DC. This is a ground up project of a federal office building out of a historic preservation site, and the concrete inspector will be reviewing concrete designs, review ongoing project completion through site inspections to ensure all work is up to terms and building codes, and submitting all architectural QA documentation to the end client.
The QA specialist will also communicate effectively with key stakeholders, the general contractor, and key members of the client team.

- Review concrete designs.
- Review ongoing project completion through site inspections to ensure all work is up to terms and building codes.
- Submit architectural QA documentation to the end client.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, the general contractor, and client team.
- 3+ year’s of experience with oversight of architectural component installation, design/spec reviews -- must be building construction exp (the larger, more complex the better).
- Comfortable with construction site walks, QA documentation, and good communication with clients - federal project experience.
- OSHA
30 or QCM.
