• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, providing coaching and reinforcing literacy skills delivered by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and supportive engagement
• Monitoring student development and needs, identifying concerns proactively, and refining approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that is structured, engaging, and individualized

• Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our campus in Chicago, IL;
  Miami, FL;
  Palo Alto, CA;
  San Francisco, CA; or Santa Monica, CA
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Strong storytelling ability and energetic presentation style: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
• Capacity to maintain high expectations for yourself and students, and motivate children to reach their objectives
• Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship requirements

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
