• Facilitating Workshops:
  Create and deliver workshops that motivate students, covering topics from public speaking to entrepreneurship and practical skills.
• Conducting daily Motivation Sessions:
  Help students establish ambitious goals and develop the mindset to achieve them each day.
• Driving student achievement:
  Apply proven frameworks to help each student reach challenging academic and personal objectives.
• Developing personalized motivational approaches:
  Collaborate with students to create reward systems that encourage independent excellence.

• Conventional instruction:
  Move beyond chalkboards and lectures; students master core content through advanced applications with mentorship and motivation.
• Punitive measures:
  Rely on reasoning and positive reinforcement to build a respectful, dynamic learning environment.

• Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation is $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. The payment period is weekly. For details, consult
