* Summary:

** The Department of Politics, Governance, and Economics is seeking a Research Assistant to support Professor Poole with a project on the impacts of cross-border investment and technology adoption. The student is expected to perform extensive economic literature searches and summary reviews and to provide support on data analysis and descriptive statistics.

* Essential Functions:

*** Perform economic literature searches.
* Perform summary reviews.
* Provide support on data analysis and descriptive statistics.
* Other duties assigned.
** Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
*** Part-time.
* 8 hours per week.
** Salary Range:*** $17.95 - $18.20 per hour.
** Required

Education and Experience **:
* Current undergraduate student with a solid understanding of International Economics.
* Strong analytical and writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
** Preferred

Education and Experience **:
* Familiarity with artificial intelligence and other digital technologies i.e. Stata statistical software is preferred.
* Ability to understand the Korean language is a plus.
