SummarySupport the Project on Civic Dialogue’s programming, including through event planning, communications and marketing, dialogue facilitation, research, and program design.
Essential Functions- Learn and share principles of civic and academic dialogue.
- Plan events for undergraduates, prospective students, and the AU community that integrate dialogue across differences, civic engagement, depolarised communication, collaborative learning, academic freedom, and freedom of expression.
- Promote PCD programming and curricular offerings.
- Support Faculty Director and Staff Coordinator in developing and implementing curricular and co-curricular offerings that integrate dialogue into SPA and AU.

Non-Exempt - Salary: $17.95 per hour
Education and Experience
- Demonstrated interest in civic dialogue.
- Students in good academic standing at American University.

- No prior work experience is necessary. Students are encouraged to reflect on the role that dialogue has played in prior jobs and share this insight with peers.
