Salary range: $47,000 to $62,000 annually

Schedule:

Full‑time, four 10‑hour days

About The Position:
Early Childhood Educators will provide care in our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool pods. Candidates demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, operational and people skills, and a commitment to high quality early care and education.

• Ensure the safety, care, well‑being, and learning of children at all times and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain high‑quality, inviting, well‑resourced environments and materials in each classroom and outdoors.
• Exemplify the highest level of business and personal integrity, be mission‑driven and have a team orientation at all times.
• Competently utilize High Scope Curriculum and COR Advantage to drive daily lesson planning, activities, and child experiences.
• Establish and maintain strong, proactive relationships and communications with families.
• Partner with educator teammates to ensure the entire experience for children, families, and the Brynmor team is one of mutual respect and shared responsibility.
• Role model integrity and honesty with the highest standards.
• Demonstrate strong service orientation and celebrate unique contributions.
• Embrace equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging to create a safe environment where team members can reach their full potential.
• Communicate challenges and opportunities to the Educator Team Lead and implement solutions.

• Minimum high school diploma with Child Development Associate (CDA). Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or closely related field preferred.
• Preferred experience in a NAEYC Accredited early education program.
• Preferred experience in High Scope curriculum.
• Familiarity with COR Advantage Assessment and Brightwheel childcare management welcomed.
• Familiarity with Reggio Emilia approaches and practices welcomed.
• Fluency in multiple languages welcomed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, sit on floor, kneel, bend, and carry young children.
