Overview
Counselors-in-Training (CITs) assist in four classes per day and help lead small groups of campers. They also get a chance to develop their leadership skills during our recreational "Choice" period. CITs participate in a full week of staff training. CITs receive a weekly stipend of $400 for this training position.
We hope our CITs learn to create a nurturing environment for youth to connect and take artistic risks. We aim for them to explore how different instructors in different art forms approach teaching.
