Overview
Sidwell Friends School is seeking track and field assistant coaches for both the winter and spring track seasons in the school year. The Assistant Coach position will be responsible for assisting the head coach in organizing the Track and Field program. Other responsibilities include promoting and creating a positive team culture, developing fundamental skills of the game, and enthusiastically participating in running practices as support for the head coach.
It is expected that Coaches will maintain a high standard of integrity in all aspects of team management, foster a culture that promotes the Quaker values of the school and academic experience of the student, and intentionally integrate school core values as the framework from which to coach. A thoughtful approach and a desire to constantly improve and innovative thinking will be essential to success in this role.

- Varsity Assistant Coach – Jumps (High jump, Long Jump, and Triple Jump)
Stipend $2,675.00-$12,840. Stipend will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
