You’ll be supporting hardworking families and elementary‑aged kids during out‑of‑school time on school grounds. You’ll partner with administrators to bring our programs to their district and buddy students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up, leading the way toward inspired learning.

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum consistently with each child's unique needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents, fostering a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support the center’s success; work with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task effectively
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meets NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2‑3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Be able to make physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep them safe, and engage in physical activity with them
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents

Pay Range: $20.75 - $24.00 per hour
