Overview
The Office of Enrollment and Student Success (ESS) is a mission-driven organization providing a cohesive experience throughout all phases of the student lifecycle, from pre-college programs to career services, with a strong focus on admissions and the enrollment process through graduation and beyond. ESS supports a connected, comprehensive, and student-centered approach to the student experience.
The Project Manager, Enrollment and Student Success performs a wide range of activities to facilitate the organized and efficient flow of enrollment support activities within ESS and across the university. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Success, this individual provides strategic programming oversight across the ESS organization and supports/coordinating strategic initiatives including the strategic enrollment management plan, college enrollment meetings, and other high-visibility projects.
Responsibilities- Supports ESS team leads in the alignment and integration of unit initiatives with strategic enrollment goals
- Coordinates VP materials and presentations for University Leadership and Board of Trustee meetings
- Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships with institutional leadership and campus stakeholders to elevate visibility and understanding of SEM plan goals and enrollment initiatives
- Develops internal policies and processes that create efficiencies and best practices, and creates documentation for clarity and consistency
- Leads enrollment planning and annual reporting efforts for ESS, developing and maintaining high-level knowledge of each unit’s functions, needs and priorities
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to support collaboration across functional areas and operationalize short- and long-term ESS vision and plans
- Designs, implements, and supports approved strategic initiatives
- Meets regularly with department heads to review enrollment-related concerns, preparing for annual reporting and forecasting exercises
- Responds to emerging needs through development of plans and implementation of renovations, events, and projects, working with internal and external partners
- Creates professional development strategies across the unit and provides recommendations to enhance service delivery for ESS
- Develops and delivers training to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum QualificationsQualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Experience with enrollment work; ideally at a large institution
Hiring Range: $72,235.20 - $99,250.68
