A leading youth camp organization is looking for an Associate, Talent & Training to focus on recruiting and developing a seasonal staff of nearly 400 for youth camps and events. This role includes interviewing, onboarding, and training, and requires strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, D.C., with a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000.
