Overview
Organization
SOS USA envisions a world where every child grows up in a stable, loving family environment. As the United States philanthropic affiliate of SOS Children's Villages International, we work to give donors across the country the opportunity to make a life-changing difference for a child. SOS-USA raises support from donors who share our vision of a world in which every child belongs to a family and grows up with love, respect and stability.
We center our behavior and policies around our core values of courage, commitment, trust, and accountability to create a safeguarding environment and promote the best interests of the children and young people in our care. Our fast-paced team values learning from each other, demonstrating compassion and empathy, respecting all questions and ideas, striving for excellence, adapting willingly to change, supporting our colleagues and one another, and finding joy in each day as we work to achieve positive change for children around the world who do not have adequate parental care.
