Assistant Academic Director 2 and 3- Academies

Position: Assistant Academic Director, 1, 2 and 3-Week Academies
● Executing administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by program leadership.
● Providing support to students dealing with personal concerns (e.g. stress, homesickness, relationship difficulty) that may detract from their academic experience.
● Training and supervising mentors for daily tasks, such as attendance and leading discussions.
● Supervisory and/or leadership experience.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Zoom.
● Experience working in an educational setting.
● Experience working with faculty.
● Experience working with high school students.
● Institutional knowledge of Georgetown University.
● Knowledge or experience relating to an Academy subject matter.
