• Receive regular, individualized coaching from Ingenuity Prep’s instructional leadership team to grow your practice.

• Experience and/or desire to serve as a lead middle school teacher in a low-income setting.
• Passion for providing rigorous instruction to students.
• Willingness to work closely with peers in a collaborative teaching setting.
• Commitment to a feedback-rich culture and eagerness to grow through coaching and professional development.
• History of effectively using academic data to drive whole-group and small-group instruction.
• Belief that effective instruction is filled with joy and rigor.
• Consistent track record of building strong relationships with students and partnering with families.

• Highly competitive compensation for instructional and non‑instructional positions.

Salary: $64,890–$81,039 (commensurate with 1–10 years of experience)
