• Lead effective whole and small group instruction, planning engaging and rigorous lessons based on the provided curriculum.

• Conduct ongoing data analysis and lesson revision to meet all students’ academic needs, including daily exit tickets and weekly assessment reviews.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a co‑teaching relationship that addresses academic and socio‑emotional needs.
• Communicate regularly with students’ families.
• Receive individualized coaching from the instructional leadership team to grow practice.

• Experience or desire to serve as a lead elementary teacher in a low‑income setting.

$64,890 - $81,039 (commensurate with 1–10 years of experience)
