Medical Consultant Reviewer On-Call – Psychiatry – Adolescence Preferred (D.C.). Part-time (less than 20 hours per week).

• Apply clinical judgment, evidence-based medicine, and other resources to render timely decisions on utilization reviews.
• Provide appropriate and timely subject matter expertise and other support to clinical reviewers, case managers, and consultants.
• Ensure that reviews meet standard(s) for clarity of decision-making.

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited university.
• Active District of Columbia medical license (or ability to attain after hire; Comagine can guide you through this process).
• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (Adolescence Preferred) and 10 years of medical practice.
• Competencies:
  
  basic MS Office Suite proficiency; excellent writing and communication skills.

• Hourly Rate Range: $130 - $140 / HR
