Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance:Enjoy a well-rounded schedule with 2-3 days of outpatient care and 1-2 hospitalist days per week, supported by midwives and APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help optimize care delivery.

Compensation & Benefits
:

• Base Salary: $300K-$350K
• Retirement: 4% employer match
• Time Off: 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
• CME Support: $3,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications
:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Board Certification:
  Board Certified in OBGYN
• Licensure: D.C. medical license
• Experience: 1-3 years preferred
