We are looking for a family medicine physician, strong with pediatrics, to join our well‑established primary care practice in Navy Yard, DC. This position offers you the opportunity to practice alongside other primary care physicians and our dedicated and highly trained support staff.

In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday‑Friday schedule where you’ll be able to focus on primary care but also have the opportunity to see some sports medicine patients. Referrals from Med Star sub‑specialists in the area will make patient access easy and convenient.

• Provide primary care to patients for a Monday‑Friday schedule.
• See sports medicine patients as an additional scope of practice.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical productivity meetings.

• Medical degree and board‑certified in family medicine (or equivalent).
• Strong background in pediatrics.
• Valid medical license to practice in Washington, DC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Salary: USD $ – $ per year

• Competitive base salary and annual quality incentive bonus up to $16,000 (guaranteed in full the first year).
