We have access to on-site pediatric specialists 24/7. You never leave a shift without an interesting case!

As a Provider in our department, you will work alongside a diverse team of skilled healthcare professionals, including emergency physicians, nurses, technicians, and specialists. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care with on-site PEM support at all times. You can work part-time or full-time. You can choose to work in Fast Track with low-acuity patients or care for higher-acuity patients alongside PEM attendings.

We prioritize continuous learning and professional growth. You will have access to a range of educational opportunities, including conferences, workshops, and research initiatives. We encourage and support Pediatricians who wish to mentor residents, find administrative roles, engage in teaching activities to shape the future of pediatric emergency medicine, or advocacy efforts to shape the nation. We offer academic appointments at the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

• MD/DO or advanced NP/PA degree from accredited medical school
• Completion of a pediatric residency program (for MD or DO candidates)
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics (for MD or DO candidates)
• Eligibility for a medical license in the District of Columbia
