Architect / Sr. Architect
Cunningham Welsh Studio, an architectural design, general contracting and fabrication studio, is seeking motivated hands-on individuals with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. As architects, builders and fabricators doing residential projects in the DC region for the past 12 years we embrace all the challenges associated with building. The ideal candidate should be capable of contributing immediately to our architectural teams' production efforts.
An interest in construction management and metal fabrication will be a plus.

General contracting
Metal fabrication
Salary commensurate with experience and project involvement. This position is primarily remote, construction site and shop based (shop located in Hyattsville MD). Our office is in Annapolis MD. Some office time will be required.
Qualifications (preferred):
2-5 years experience in an architecture firm
Professional degree from a US accredited architecture program or alternatively an accredited construction management program.
REVIT
Photoshop
Excel, Quickbooks
DC or immediate vicinity resident
Ability to drive to job sites
