Overview
Smiles International, office of Drs. Kaihara, Watkins and Wang. We are a Prosthodontic practice with an in-house lab in Washington, DC. Our office is located in the West End near Foggy Bottom Metro Station. Our ceramist of 25 years has retired and we are searching for a high quality dental ceramist who is able to fabricate full mouth restorations, bridges, single crowns and veneers.
You must be able to take already designed and milled full zirconium, full Emax and layered zirconium crowns to completion. You will assist Doctors chairside with shade selection and patient consultations.
- Fabricate full mouth restorations, bridges, single crowns and veneers.
- Take already designed and milled full zirconium, full Emax and layered zirconium crowns to completion.
- Assist doctors chairside with shade selection and patient consultations.
- Understand the prosthodontic/digital workflow.
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Communicate effectively, be a self-starter, motivated, efficient and solution-oriented.
- Experience as a dental ceramist in a prosthodontic setting preferred.
- Ability to fabricate and finalize zirconia crowns and veneers (full zirconium, Emax, layered zirconium).
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and punctuality.
- Understanding of the prosthodontic/digital workflow.
- Reliable transportation.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 6:45am - 4:15pm and Fridays 6:45am - 12:45pm
