Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. As a front‑line representative of our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records of interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies and approaches.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
