Resident Experience Ambassador (2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:00PM)

Primary Responsibilities- Elevate the customer service experience for existing and prospective residents in accordance with our service standards.
- Engage with existing and prospective residents, guests and vendors to solve problems and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain organized records, secure and retrieve packages and provide office support.
- Contribute to resident satisfaction and retention efforts with smiles, empathy, empowered execution, and a commitment to achieving team goals.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
