Join a creative and tech-forward design team making content for the Forge, Accenture’s flagship innovation and experience center for the federal government. We’re looking for a Visual Designer with production experience who can design across a variety of mediums (i.e., digital, print, animations, production cycle and materials). You will be successful in this role if you are self-starter with the ability to think future forward on design strategy and leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process.
The work:

• Work alongside an experience-building team and production team to create impactful and effective content-driven and design-woven illustration and its elements for the many, different sized screens and surfaces in the Forge.
• Be part of a creative team who would work across functions and client accounts to execute / create impactful designs.
• Receive fulfillingworking experience where you would learn a lot more about business and ways of working, interactions with senior leadership provides valuable insights into their experience that aids your personal and professional growth.
• Design the aesthetics to be implementedas per brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site in Washington, DC.

Here’s what you need:

• 3 – 5 years of experience with visually communicating complex ideas, protect, and amplify the client’s brand, and enhance content that reinforces their brand purpose.
• 3 – 5 years of years of experience using standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
• Possess brand awareness and sensitivity, creating materials that maintain and evolve existing brand ecosystems
• Experienced in organizing content, imagery, and strategy into a cohesive design suitable for marketing purposes
• Ability to provide excellent consultation when meeting, collaborating, and brainstorming with clients and authors to understand and interpret needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools

Bonus points if you have:

• Proficiency in creating video animations.
• Strong design aesthetic to creatively communicate a story, message, idea, process, or methodology.
• High capacity for design thinking, along with a general understanding of and appreciation for experience design, strategy, and innovation.
• Understanding of technology platforms that support user experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland
. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
