Position: Creative Fellowship Program (6 months)

We are seeking a talented and dynamicAccount Directorto join our growing team.

The CLYDE Fellowship Program is designed to give recent college graduates six (6) months of hands-on experience in an agency environment to kickstart their career. OurCreative Fellowwill support the creative team across all accounts in an introductory capacity and receive training in technical skills and industry tools;resume cover letter, portfolio workshops; and mentorship from across the organization and at every level.

To apply, you should:

  • Have a working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
    Animation and illustration skills are a plus
  • Have a working understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Have an interest in giving and receiving feedback that will help accelerate both hard and soft skills
  • Have proven time management and organizational skills

To apply, you must:

  • Have the ability to work 40 hours a week
  • Have a background in design, visual art, or related field
  • Have a knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the graphic production process
  • Work well with others
  • Know how to incorporate feedback on creative materials
  • Have respect for a culturally diverse team
