Due to continued success and a period of hyper-growth
, our client is looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, well-established business that is scaling rapidly while maintaining a strong reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  .
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures
  .
• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and clients.
• Review project drawings, schedules, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor progress, address issues proactively, and provide regular site updates and reporting
  .
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and project management practices.
• Experience working in the DC / Baltimore construction market is highly desirable.
