Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior
Cost Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in preconstruction/cost estimating construction consulting to step into an Associate Director role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cost Estimating as well as a background in Consulting/Owners Representation.
- Client facing role.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits across the region.
- Help develop less experienced members of the business.
- Help the firm expand its nationwide presence.
- Experience as a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator required
