As the leading New England Environmental Specialty & Demolition Contractor with over 40 years of experience, Enviro Vantage is recognized as the trusted authority for commercial, industrial, government and residential projects across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Our highly trained staff is looking to add a dedicated onsite safety professional as we continue to grow.

• Lead daily safety meetings and conduct routine safety/health inspections; report findings weekly to the office.
• Conduct refresher training as needed (e.g., tools, lifts, confined space).
• Perform safety and occupational health management, include surveillance, inspections, and enforcement.
• Coordinate corrective actions with the Enviro Vantage Site Superintendent.

• Minimum 10 years of continuous construction industry safety experience supervising or managing general construction.
• Knowledge and experience with asbestos, excavation, and demolition.
• Experience managing a safety program or processes, conducting hazard analysis and developing controls.
• OSHA 30 and HAZWOPER 40 required.
• Previous experience as a safety representative on a construction site.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA , 1926.62 and EM385-1-1.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Must be able to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50–100 pounds.
• Must pass a physical examination and a background check; ability to obtain access to military bases across the United States.
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required.

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year.
• Actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.

  Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following the hire date.
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours per year.
• Sick Time: 56 hours per year.
