The Superintendent will oversee all field operations, coordinate subcontractor work, and manage project safety and budget. The project is a secure 15‑m to 50‑m renovation of security booths, gates, and parking.

• Preconstruction Services
• Project Scheduling (prefer P6 experience)
• Site Logistics Planning
• Project Administration, Operations, and Close-out
• Promote Customer Relations
• Promote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, 5 as a Superintendent on similar projects
• Familiar with EM 385‑1‑1 and hazard identification/safety compliance
• Capable of interpreting critical path schedules and construction drawings
• Completed "Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors" course
• Fluent English language skills
• U.S. citizenship required for federal contract and security requirements

• Fluent Spanish language skills
