I’m currently partnering with a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in commercial interiors and tenant improvement work to hire a Superintendent as part of continued growth. This is a great opportunity for a field leader who enjoys fast-paced interior projects, takes pride in quality execution, and wants to grow with a GC that values its people.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial interior / TI projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Enforce safety, quality, and project standards
• Work closely with Project Managers and ownership reps to drive on-time delivery
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout

• 3–8 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• General contractor background (commercial interiors strongly preferred)
• Experience delivering projects such as office, corporate interiors, life sciences interiors, healthcare fit-outs, or mixed-use TI
• Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site leadership
• OSHA knowledge and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset

• Stable GC with a strong interiors pipeline
• Clear runway for career progression
• Exposure to repeat clients and high-visibility projects
