Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary + bonus (based on experience)

Why This Role Matters The OpportunityThis Assistant Project Manager role plays a key role in supporting masonry construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will assist with coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, and communication across field teams, vendors, and general contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience working for a masonry contractor who is ready to step into greater responsibility and project ownership.
Must have previous masonry experience at a General Contractor.
- Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of masonry scopes
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and jobsite logistics
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Review drawings and specifications to support accurate masonry installation
- Coordinate with field leadership to align labor, sequencing, and schedules
- Participate in project meetings and support communication with general contractors
- Maintain accurate project reports and documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day project management activities on active masonry projects
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting
- Coordinate material deliveries and vendor relationships
- Help resolve field issues and support schedule adherence
Ensure work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements - Support multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience on commercial, multifamily, or institutional construction projects
- Familiarity with masonry materials, sequencing, and installation methods
- Exposure to construction management software (Procore or similar)
- Construction‑related degree or equivalent field experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across field and office teams
- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- Willingness to be present in the field and learn from experienced leadership
- Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
